This self-proclaimed cinematic indie pop band first began in Los Angeles. This small indie acoustic band currently boasts just over 39,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. Working as a very accurate interpretation of the vibe of the show is in the first trailer which features Charles William’s hit single ‘No Ordinary’. This song sounds like it was made for the show. So without further due, here are some completely underrated artists who seemed to of made a debut in Atypical. One amazing thing that we love about finding soundtracks from popular shows and movies is how always feature and sometimes even launch new and uprising talent. The soundtrack of Atypical has a mixture of indie alt-rock, upbeat acoustic and pop. The fact that he has autism really sheds a different light on these otherwise normal issues and this creates a really interesting narrative. Sam Gardner is your average high school senior, who goes through normal everyday life such as popularity, getting a girlfriend and all the struggles that come with it. That is the biggest mission that Netflix and the creatives behind Atypical faced when launching the series. The Atypical soundtrack also introduces us to some amazing new artists.
